Kepler History

Kepler Capital Markets was founded in Paris in 1997 as Julius Baer brokerage. The Kepler Equities brand was launched in February 2004. Offices were opened in Amsterdam, Milan, Madrid, Frankfurt and Zurich during the period between 1999 and 2003. On 18th October, 2008 a Management-led Buy-Out of Kepler Capital Markets was announced.
